I cannot recommend Emery’s Catering highly enough. They are spectacular. First off, I and several members of my family have Celiac disease, so we needed the entire wedding to be gluten free. Emery’s not only knocked it out of the park, but did so as if it was no problem at all — with no up-charges for the allergen-friendly service, and at a far more reasonable price than the other caterers we’d received quotes from. It’s been a month, and people are STILL talking about how delicious the food was — from the appetizers to the main course and cake. I also deeply appreciated all of the little touches; they had toasting glasses ready to hand to the bridal party as they were introduced, to ensure one moment flowed smoothly into the next. Best of all, they set aside a couple of each appetizer for my husband and I at the sweetheart table, which was incredibly thoughtful. We’d put a lot of thought into designing the menu, but the photos ran over time and we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the appetizers at all (which were DELICIOUS). They also kept our food warm for us until we could join the dinner. In addition to the food (and dessert, including our wedding cake!) being delicious, everyone present was incredibly professional, and Elizabeth Silver deserves the biggest shoutout: she is an incredible professional. I probably sent her over a hundred emails with questions and requests and concerns over the 18 months leading up to our wedding, and she fielded every single one helpfully, graciously, and shockingly fast. She was even able to accommodate special requests for the groom and father of the bride. I cannot imagine having a better catering experience.
