Donna Rowey

Owner

Donna, second generation to Emery’s Catering, is one of the owners of the family business. She began working for her parents company out of high school alongside of her siblings who helped grow the company to where it is today. Currently, Donna oversees all operations for Airline catering, as well as Finance and HR processes for the organization. Her passion is the family business. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and family out by the pool.

Dave Emery

Owner

Dave, second generation to Emery’s Catering, is the youngest of his siblings. He is the General Manager to our Banquet Facility, Fountain Street Grill in Pawtucket, RI as well as assisting the catering business. He started at Emery’s alongside his parents and siblings at a very young age. When he is away from the banquet facility, he oversees all Charters for VIP passengers. He enjoys snowmobile trips to VT and spends his free time with his wonderful wife and two teenage children.

Rob Emery

Owner

Rob, second generation to Emery’s Catering, is the third of his siblings. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Johnson & Wales, and has always had an appreciation for culinary arts. Over the years, he has brought many new ideas to the table and extended our service into the vending sector along with acquiring new accounts for the Airline and Social Departments of Emery’s. Outside of work, Rob spends time with his three daughters & their growing families.

Matt Rowey

General Manager

Matt, is the third generation of his family’s company, and has been working at Emery’s since he could see above the washboard at the dishwasher. After high school he enlisted in the Navy and trained as a chef, where he became an expert in cooking for hundreds of people at a time. He is the current General Manager and Executive Chef for the company and works overtime (literally!) to make sure every meal is perfect for each and every guest.

Liz Silver

Manager/ Event Director

Liz is originally from New York and earned her Bachelors in Business Management at the University of Miami. She was hired in 2010, to take lead of Emery’s Events Department, while earning her MBA in Event Management at Johnson and Wales. She is the current Manager and oversees all event sales, event management, and event staff. While she is not technically an Emery, she feels like one! In her down time she loves spending time at the beach (which is, unfortunately, rare with wedding season), with her husband, and relaxing with friends.

Rebecca Khimatian

Event Coordinator

A Cumberland native, she received her Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from Plymouth State University. She truly found her love for customer service and events while attending the Disney Internship Program. Since returning to RI, she has climbed the ladder at the company and loves coordinating events and working with couples closely. When not at work, she spends time at the beach, running, rollerblading, designing for others and painting.

Talia Thibodeau

Event Coordinator

Talia is originally from Rhode Island and is currently earning her Bachelors at the University of Rhode Island. In high school she graduated from her school’s culinary arts program, giving her experience in both front and back of house, all the while uncovering her love for the industry. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, as well as both playing and coaching basketball.

Jon Cavaco

Lead Banquet Chef

Jon, originally from Rhode Island, has been working in the Food Industry since he was 14 years old. With an extensive amount of experience in Back of the House as well as customer service, he joined the Emery’s Catering team in 2016. He quickly climbed to become a Lead Chef, and is always ready to take charge and jump in with fun and creative ideas.
